Refund Policy for Macrofit Home Gym

Thank you for choosing Macrofit. We’re committed to providing high-quality, made-to-order fitness equipment designed for your home. Due to the custom nature of our products and our pre-order fulfillment system, we ask that you review our refund policy carefully.

1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-Day Return Policy on all domestic Macrofit Home Gym orders. If you're not satisfied, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the conditions below. For full details, please visit: 👉 macrofit.co/pages/return-policy

2. Pre-Order Cancellations

All Macrofit Home Gyms are produced in limited batches based on pre-orders. If you need to cancel a pre-order:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to 📧 support@joinfitapp.com.

  • Refunds for cancellations are processed within 10 business days after your request is received.

  • This timeframe allows us to reassign your reserved unit to another customer.

3. Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:

  • You must submit a cancellation or return request within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging and components.

  • Items that have been shipped but not yet delivered may be eligible for a return once received, but shipping costs may be deducted.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The unit has been used, damaged due to misuse, or returned incomplete.

  • The return request is made more than 30 days after delivery.

  • The product has already shipped and is in transit at the time of cancellation (unless you are exercising your 30-day return after receiving the unit).

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your Macrofit Home Gym arrives damaged or missing parts:

  • Notify us within 5 days of delivery by emailing 📧 support@joinfitapp.com.

  • Include your order number and photo/video evidence.

  • If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement part, replacement unit, or refund, depending on the extent of the issue.

6. International Orders

Due to the high cost and complexity of international logistics:

  • All international sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

  • We strongly advise international customers to contact us before purchasing if they have any questions about compatibility, shipping, or support.

7. Refund Method & Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for your refund to be processed.

  • Banks or credit card providers may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the refund in your account.
